    Contracts settled and everything the firmware demonstration depends on. Contracts land here even when their implementation belongs to the next train, so sibling repos do not build against a superseded authority model. Due date is the INTEGRATION FREEZE: everything merged, only end-to-end proof and triage remaining. Demo day is approximately 2026-09-15 — the week between exists because rc.3 and rc.4 both needed one. Both dates are estimates pending confirmation.
