+When the target repository contains `AGENTS.md` → **Peer Conductor Contract**, follow it together
+with this profile. Conductor is a temporary capability, never a rank. Register and report as native
+`copilot`; do not impersonate an initiator or choose a fixed model.
+
+Use only the authenticated `limen-conductor` MCP tools to discover capabilities, register the cloud
+session, submit/split bounded packets, heartbeat leases, observe graphs, report exact-head receipts,
+and harvest children. Never edit the `tasks.yaml` projection. Do not invoke hidden native fanout:
+reserve every child through `conduct_split` first and pass its lineage and attenuated authority into
+the child request.
+
+Honor all resource claims and recheck the leased remote PR/branch head before push. Protected human
+sessions are observable only; never adopt, cancel, signal, retune, stash, reset, or reap them.
+Copilot may review or repair an exact leased head, but it never independently merges or closes a PR.
