What are you trying to accomplish?
Allow users to optionally include outcomes when duplicating agenda items.

What approach did you choose and why?
Added
MeetingAgendaItems::CopyServicemirroring existing patterns to duplicate resources and simplifiedMeetingAgendaItems::CreateServicewhich used to have theopt-inresponsibility to duplicate attachments.Also, added an inline checkbox in the form to duplicate agenda items.
Behavior to move agenda items remained unchanged.
