Harmonise phrasing and icons for Copy, Copy to URL and Duplicate actions.

I updated the places referenced in the ticket plus a couple others that I found.

Worth noting: the work package context menu is still Angular and uses the old OpenProject icon font, not Primer octicons, so I couldn't use the Primer duplicate icon there. Instead, I used the icon-duplicate from the old font (a page with a +).

I am still waiting on whether or not the UI text should be updated for the duplicate project page.

@ammancilla thanks for this!
I may update some these screenshots later on again, so that they follow the same "characters/story" throughout the pages (if we have Catherine Johnson in 10 screenshots and then a Dev user, I at least would notice).
That being said, great effort and thanks for already identifying the places this needed changing.
