docs(real): state the baseline gate and champion line in force - #18

Qualification is passing the green-block baseline task, and the champion must also reach the season's champion line; the old measured-median bar and per-category rule no longer apply. The task catalog now names the tasks actually evaluated.

Public rules now match the backend (qualification = passed the green-block baseline task; champion = first-ranked qualified entry reaching the season's champion line, otherwise burned). Removes the measured-median bar and per-category rule; describes the green block as the live gate; task catalog lists the tasks actually evaluated (Upside-down Cup to Plate, Cup to Basket).
pytest: 456 passed; docs fee check ok.
