Publish the small unsigned CLI 0.15.0-rc.3 successor from source
1941a34c3503f9a1417aebea1bc19ecada91e58c, including Codex compatibility, Prime completed results and four overnight improvements. The plan binds unchanged native archives, same-name npm payloads, four-platform exact-archive Homebrew receipts and immutable paired live smoke evidence.All four native build/install/Brew jobs pass, final-main source/distribution pass, and Bun/Rust each pass one exact MacARM Codex/OpenAI Hello World. Two authorized attempts used the fresh USD20 reservation; actual billing is unknown. One initial macOS source interrupt-fixture failure and its single successful rerun are both retained, without a cause/fix claim. Independent artifact/native/live custody review and publication verification pass. No runtime or publisher changes; RC2 remains immutable, no stable/latest/default alias/kernel promotion. Apple signing and separate historical Bun cleanup diagnosis remain open.
