Backporting JDK-8346683: Problem list automated tests that fail on macOS15.

This is a problem list update.

This PR is not clean because "MissingDragExitEventTest.java" didn't yet exist in the problem list. It was added rather than just modified.

For parity with Oracle JDK. Already backported to 21.
