I retested the issue and it is no longer occurring, so I am closing the PR. However, there is another issue related to the message returned to the user during sync process. Here is the PR containing the fix: |

when we sync claim to web with fhir, we have an issu diagnosis code who is sended in the request
i have edit the code to send code+name of diagnose in the fhir request and the synchronisation work successful
