Hi OpenFisca team,
Following CONTRIBUTING.md, this adds Mentor to the public showcase.
What Mentor is. A free simulator that tells 15-to-30-year-olds in France what benefits they are entitled to, how much, and what to do to claim them. It is aimed at young people who do not know a given scheme exists at all.
How it uses OpenFisca. Amounts are computed by OpenFisca-France — no scale is reimplemented and none is hard-coded. The parameter set is pinned to a reference month, which is displayed next to every amount, so two successive estimates stay comparable. Postal codes are converted to INSEE commune codes before the call, because housing benefits depend on the geographic zone.
