## Windows ARM64 artifacts (2026-10-05)

- Add the upstream non-LTO Windows ARM64 archive and require native Windows 11 ARM64 startup, JIT and FFI qualification before publication.

The release contains ten engine archives plus checksums, the manifest, provenance
and source/license notices. The Bun fork adopts its manifest separately.

## Repeated stack coordinates (2026-10-05)

- Cache source-relative stack line and column lookups on demand, including syntax-selected positions; carries engine PR #8 onto the rebased release line, thanks @steipete.
