plantgl compatibility #69

Hi,

It seems that in the last version of the meta.yaml the binary dependency with plantgl has been removed:

• {{ pin_compatible('openalea.plantgl', max_pin='x.x') }}
  As such any version of plantgl can be installed with any version of lpy and of course this will failed at execution.
  Can you set back such pin compatibility constraint ?
