Framework adoption only: .framework-ref moves from v0.11.1 to v0.11.2, regenerated with tools/adopt_framework.py v0.11.2. Every check the tool runs passed, and no other file moved: 0.11.2 is a patch, so compile output is byte-identical. What an adopter sees change is in the distribution repos: 0.11.2's chock marketplace build takes the PLUGINS.md crashed-guard sentence from the tested honours_ask claim for each tree's client, so the Cursor and Copilot pages no longer name Codex, and the Codex page states the refusal.
