SORL APIs Helper provides read only filesystem. Metadata are locally cached in embedded Berkeley DB.

Helper provides read only filesystem. Metadata are locally cached in
embedded Berkeley DB.
There are additional dependencies introduced by new helper. Updated onedata/builder image is available in docker hub and Dockerfile is in github repository.
Integration tests require docker image jakubvalenta27/dhus. Dockerfile is also provided in github repository.
