Implemented Enhanced Review UI
Updated review.js submit button handler:
Computes and displays the score summary.
Clears the quiz UI and renders a detailed per‑question result view.
For each question:
Shows the question text, the user’s answer (or “No answer”), and the correct answer.
Adds an “Ask about this question” button that calls the /chat endpoint with a prompt like “Help me understand this question: …” and displays the response in an alert.
