Moves ome.ref from bc1f94d to 95f7eae and regenerates the API reference from that commit.

Why we need it

The nightly documentation run and the Website checks read ome-projects/ome at the commit in ome.ref. OME's main is 3 commits ahead of it: ome-projects/ome@bc1f94d...95f7eae
