Summary:

force Walker to use a regular window on X11, where gtk4-layer-shell renders the menu incorrectly
keep the menu/list height adjustments that prevent collapsed content
leave Wayland behavior unchanged

Fixes #104

Test plan:

verified launcher logic sets as_window=true on X11 and false on Wayland
on X11, open Super + Alt + Space and confirm the menu renders correctly without Alt + F10
on Wayland, confirm the menu still opens normally
