Adds Settings controls to move an existing installation, update its launch locations, and remove the retained original after a successful guest boot. Moves preserve sparse disks and recover interrupted copying or activation.
Also speeds up zero-block detection during restore, rejects short reads during reclaim, and shares bounded runtime-receipt parsing.
