refactor: introduce store selection bindings

Summary

Introduces a canonical Store selection bindings interface that centralizes shallow and plain selection behavior. Global store hooks now use this shared seam, reducing duplicated overloads and concentrating selection policy and tests in one module.

Changes

• Added createStoreSelectionBindings for creating shallow-first and plain selection hooks from a store resolver.
• Moved selector overloads, equality behavior, cache reset, and subscription switching behind the bindings interface.
• Migrated createShallowStore to the new bindings interface.
• Consolidated selection behavior tests at the canonical seam.
• Added compile-time and runtime coverage for middleware-enhanced store capabilities.
