Summary
Prepare version 0.3.0 across the parent, modules, BOM, consumer examples, and installation documentation for the merged discovery and conformance changes.
Version references only: no runtime code or third-party dependency changes. Jackson 2 and Jackson 3 remain separate integrations.
Verification
Passed on Temurin Java 17:

Publication remains a separate manual Release workflow after merge.
