…om other modules Remove all backup-specific code from non-backup modules (observer, rootserver storage, sql, share, logservice). Move the 4 backup directories to close_modules/backup/. Keep only ob_backup_struct.h and ob_backup_io_adapter.h in src/share/backup/ as shared infrastructure for external table access data import/export, and object storage modules.
