(should-fix) The ADR-0046 line's "§5 tags" clause now says tag-based discovery and notes that `DocSchema.tags` exists as the `include: { tag }` operand (§6.3). (should-fix) ADR-0052 §6 P0b no longer says `sys_notification` is deferred: `service-messaging` registers it and plugin-audit registers only the ledger, activity, comment and reaction objects, matching the status line. Letters unchanged (ruling 6458958232); `docs/adr/README.md` unchanged (same 63-char status cells).
