- Boot any app whose stack declares an
email_templatebundle in two locales. Measured with objectstack-ai/dulymainatc20d397(pnpm demo), which shipsduly.task_overdueasenandzh-CN. The platform's ownauth.*bundles carry several locales too. - Open Setup → Email Template (
/_console/apps/setup/metadata/email_template?scope=environment).duly.task_overdueshows as two rows, "任务逾期升级提醒 — 负责人" and "Task overdue escalation — owner". The list has no locale column. - Click either row. Both navigate to the same URL,

So one language of every multi-locale template can be listed but never opened, previewed or edited from Setup.
The server already supports it
GET /api/v1/meta/email_template/duly.task_overdue?member=en returns the en row, and ?member=zh-CN returns the zh-CN row. That is ruling 6116165299 letter A, and #23073 made the draft list and commit timeline carry member. The Setup list → detail path does not carry it: the row link is built from name alone, and the detail read sends no member.
