Four things in the map had drifted from what the code actually looks like, and a stale map costs more than no map: the next session goes looking for a problem that is already fixed. The three known deviations are gone — ThemeToggle takes props instead of reaching into app, both dashboards read shared hooks instead of each other's features, and neither oversized file exists any more. Types and the demo mock API are folders now, not single files, so the conflict guidance and the map say which file a new type belongs in. The route list was missing /group-levels. The security note under the route guards said the backend has no @PreAuthorize at all. That stopped being true: six controllers have it, seven still do not. The note now names both halves, because "there is no server-side check" and "there is a check on some endpoints" call for different caution.
