If you are on Windows, you may use Conemu to have several consoles in one window and start all of them automatically, creating a task on Conemu like this one:
"%ConEmuDir%\..\Git\git-cmd.exe" RenameTab "MongoDb" & "mongod"
"%ConEmuDir%\..\Git\git-cmd.exe" -new_console:d:C:\Dev\trackforme\chrome RenameTab "Chrome" & "gulp"
"%ConEmuDir%\..\Git\git-cmd.exe" -new_console:d:C:\Dev\trackforme\web RenameTab "Web" & "gulp"
"%ConEmuDir%\..\Git\git-cmd.exe" --no-cd --command=usr/bin/bash.exe -l -i -new_console:d:C:\Dev\trackforme
The first one open cmd running Mongodb, the second one running Gulp on the Chrome folder, the third one running Gulp on the web folder and the last one open git bash to use git on the root of the project.
Note: you may have to change the paths in order to match your environment and on ConEmu setting set this task as startup option.
