adb commands goes from command prompt

pair computer with device

adb pair ipadres:port

next grant permission

adb shell pm grant au.com.inoahguy.autoadb android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS
adb shell pm grant au.com.inoahguy.autoadb android.permission.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW

allmost all permisions seems good now, but only the auto adb keeps disabeling.

Thanks for the quick answer and your tool.

Just some feedback on my tries with a Chromecast with Android TV from a windows PC:

• In order to execute the adb shell command I had to type adb connect just after the adb pair
• Be sure to use the correct version of adb. In my cas I have an older one in the path and so to be sure so use the latest dowload I need to type .\adb

It might sound silly but if you are not used to adb it needs some searching 😁

at step 5 it ask again to enable ADB service, without it can't read the wifi pairing code i think.

An update, when running version 1, and use a windows computer to run things, it is working like a charm.
within the zip files there is a manual on how to do it.

In V2 there is no need to manually allow the permissions they will be set automatically once the app pairs with your device via ADB.
V2 can run entirely without any external input.

If you look at the flow diagram it states that all the permissions are enabled automatically by the app once it has paired, the user doesn't need to do anything.
The app walks your through setup when run with toast notifications.
I will add this information into the steps as well.
Once this app is complete I am hoping a manual is not required and it is self explanatory.

The pairing service disables itself as it's a waste of resources once paired.
It's sole purpose is to perform the pairing which only needs to be done once.

This app whilst functional is certainly not ready for general use and is still very much in its testing phase thus the beta tag.

After looking at your video it appears the pairing service is crashing.
Can you please run logcat and see if it gives any insight?
Also what device are you on and what version of Android?
