Prepare for Alpine 3.24 release in Q2 2026

Alpine Linux release states that:

Each May and November we make a release branch from edge.

So it can be expected for Alpine v3.24 to be released soon.

Suggest to:

• Add alpine3.24
• Drop alpine3.22
• Set alpine3.24 as default

and implement through:

• Modify versions.json and directory additions / deletions

Follow up with https://github.com/nodejs/unofficial-builds

• Update recipes/musl/Dockerfile & recipes/arm64-musl/Dockerfile to build FROM alpine:3.23 (instead of alpine:3.22)

Alpine 3.24 rc1 is available, but not as a Docker image. They say the final release is "imminent".

Feel free if you want to create a draft PR to prep for this, like a did for some of the other release changes. Maybe the conflicts for that would be annoying/not worth it though, if the release isn't imminent.

Since you suggested it already, I've gone ahead and submitted a draft PR #2534. The PR will likely need rebasing when the alpine:3.24 base Docker image is available, which may take several weeks to be the case.
