gcc based builds (Node.js 22 and 24) were not using ccache. Pushed change to select-compiler.sh.
FWIW RHEL 10's default gcc is gcc 14 -- we'll use that for testing Node.js 22 and 24 (26 onwards will use clang).

Is there some context (issue, discussion in a meeting)?

No. The ppc64le ones are related to #4405 -- we had (now removed) three machines that were supposed to be RHEL 8 Power 8 but got migrated to Power 9. We don't need six RHEL 8 Power 8 machines (we had three that were meant to be those, and the three that got migrated).
