The repository is public, but contributor, security and release documents still described it as private. Align that wording, document the public source boundary, and remove private workflow references from the current acceptance plan.
Record the review of 147 commits / 744 file blobs after fetching branch, tag and pull-request refs, plus public PR descriptions, image metadata and the published v0.1.0 application archive. No unrelated project implementation or actual credentials were identified within that scope.
