MO2's command-line launch reordered the reconstructed TTW profile because the installation preserved plugin bytes but lost the modification times that encode load order. Allow recipes to declare bounded
mtimeMson static outputs, preserve it during reconstruction, and check it during full verification, resume, repair and removal. Inventory now records the winning plugin's timestamp alongside its hash; legacy recipes retain their identity and behavior.Validation: Svelte check passed with zero errors/warnings; full local Windows suite passed 192 tests with one optional skip, including actual Electron copy/RAR reconstruction and timestamp-drift reporting, ZIP/7z/RAR and duplicate outputs, source preservation, failed writes, recovery, repair and removal. A backed-up real MO2 CLI probe reproduced order drift with the candidate timestamps and preserved both exact profile files with the original 35 timestamps; diagnostic edits were restored. Fresh TTW reconstruction and recorded gameplay/save/controller acceptance remain separate work; the existing r4 package is unchanged.
