Tool Why It's Great
⭐️ Strong Roots I used to use Tweek(daily todo lists), Beaver Habit Tracker, and Memos(personal twitter feed). Then I cloned/merged them into one local "everything" app, acting as a daily command center, and single app to contextualize my day and my week. I also integrated the Loom SDK to allow myself to record weekly vlogs.

This helps minimize distractions from context switching, dummy-proof data privacy, enable easy backups, and allows for easy experimentation with how I organize myself.
Linear Useful for organizing distinct goals/deliverables, big todos & projects that don't fit in a daily todo or a daily habit.
Simplenote Notes with fast cloud sync, useful on multiple devices. Searchable tags and Markdown.

MacWhipser Transcribe microphone recordings for longform recordings
Superwhisper Local speech-to-text with OpenAI Whisper. Great for short-form messages on Slack or iMessage, or prompting in Cursor.
