• Translated the documentation and architecture validation engine scripts/validate-docs.sh (banners, echo lines, checks, summaries) to English while preserving all byte budgets (L-01).
• Translated GitHub issue templates .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug_report.yml and feature_idea.yml to English (L-03).
• Translated all operational shell scripts (scripts/quality-check.sh, scripts/deploy-app-distribution.sh, scripts/generate-screenshots.sh) and the scripts catalog scripts/README.md to English (L-05).
• Translated .agent/hooks/pre-invocation-anchor.sh context prompt injection to English (L-06).
• Translated all 12 Mermaid diagram labels in README.md to English (R-01).
