📌 Context & Objectives

Closes the lifecycle loop gap where GitHub automatically closes resolved issues upon PR squash-merge (state: CLOSED), but the custom native GitHub Projects v2 field Status was not automatically transitioned to Done.

This PR fulfills the contract documented in .agent/rules/agent-lifecycle.md and .agent/skills/open-pr/SKILL.md by directly updating .agent/hooks/post-merge-dual-sync.sh to synchronize all resolved tracking issues to Status: Done.

• .agent/hooks/post-merge-dual-sync.sh:
  • Extracted all resolved issue numbers ((Closes|Fixes|Resolves) #[0-9]+) from PR bodies or commit messages.
  • Added Section 4: Automated invocation of ./scripts/sync-project-metadata.mjs <issue_id> --status Done for every resolved issue upon post-merge hook execution.
