Align Quickstart Clone URL and Bilingual Gate Prompts for Public Release

1. Executive Summary & Context

Prior to making the repository public for external evaluation and international recruiters, 3 critical alignment points were identified:

1. GitHub Projects v2 Board Visibility: Verify and ensure Project feat(governance): align project metadata triad with native GitHub Projects v2 fields #2 (https://github.com/users/nicolasvd/projects/2) is set to PUBLIC to eliminate any risk of 404 for unauthenticated visitors. (Confirmed and verified: returns HTTP 200).
2. Quickstart Clone URL: Replace the generic <owner> placeholder in README.md with nicolasvd (https://github.com/nicolasvd/agentic-android-delivery-kernel.git) for direct copy-paste capability.
3. Bilingual Validation Commands: Expand human authorization phrases across README.md, AGENTS.md, ARCHITECTURE.md, rules, and templates to support international evaluators:
   • Gate 3.5: ("Tu peux merger" / "Approve merge")
   • Conditional P2 Gate: ("skip design" / "sans design")

     • Ensure byte budget remains strictly < 10,000 bytes (current: 9,078 bytes).
