Welcome to the Sentinel project documentation.
Sentinel is a DevOps Incident Triage Copilot designed to assist on-call engineers during incident analysis and decision-making.
This sprint focuses on defining the core aspects of the Sentinel product, including its scope, architecture, and initial interface design.
Sprint 1 focuses on starting the product implementation and delivering the first functional MVP increment. The team is expected to show initial development progress, keep the backlog up to date, and provide evidence of sprint ceremonies. In addition to the working software, Sprint 1 requires the first version of the Business Case published covering: (1) Business Description, (2) Market Analysis, and (3) Product or Service—along with manual functional test cases designed and executed for the Sprint 1 user stories, and the implementation of software quality elements.
Sprint 2 focuses on iterating and improving the product implementation. At this stage, substantial development progress is expected, along with validation through automated testing and usability planning.
This sprint includes the development of the MVP V2, the second version of the Business Case (focused on Financial Analysis and Risk Management), and the definition of testing strategies.
This sprint focuses on concluding and polishing the Sentinel product. The main goal is to deliver the final version of the MVP, complete the business case, execute usability tests, document the user manual, and deploy the application in a public cloud environment.
