Description of proposed changes
Requesting this to enable running the WA state build without making changes to any of the .smk files.
Confirmed this works with defaults and eliminates the errors from running a subset of builds. I think this should also allow custom build names. Alternatively, would it be better to specify build & resolution with wildcards?
