Include putative ADAR edit-detection. Cluster of 3 or more T->C mutations will now be highlighed.

@rneher will this affect the overall QC call for a sequence? I've started filtering out "bad" QC seqs but I want to ensure I don't drop ADAR seqs this way. Will there also be a new column in the output TSV?

No. This isn't wired into QC at the moment. But it should be in the table.
