The existing installer fails release discovery for Just 1.59.0 on fresh Linux runners, blocking publication before any release checks run. Download the exact official Linux x64 musl archive and verify its pinned official SHA-256 before extracting only the executable into RUNNER_TEMP. This is a release-discovery workaround; the underlying API cause is unproven.
The existing LinuxX64 runner labels, version, qualification/source-SHA gates, tagged package source and OIDC publication path stay in place. After this reviewed merge, a new publish dispatch can qualify and publish the unchanged v2.7.1 tag using the updated reusable workflow.
Validation: the exact installation block ran on native Linux, verified the checksum and printed just 1.59.0; GITHUB_PATH was correct. An incorrect digest was rejected before extraction or PATH write. Workflow formatting and diff checks passed. Exact-head hosted package/browser qualification passed (run39806944478). Configured normal local Review Suite completed clean with conformance CONFORMS (rvw_a326de13); anchored review completed clean.
The new existing publication dispatch passed all gates and published the unchanged v2.7.1 tag: https://github.com/nextidemedia/ui/actions/runs/39808583665. Registry artifact verification passed.
