@babel/plugin-transform-modules-systemjs and 12 related @babel packages (build-time transpiler). Local verify: npm ci + build OK, bundle byte-identical to main.
Note: node-build.yml is paths-filtered to src/**, .eslintrc.js, stylelint.config.js and webpack.js, so a lock-file-only PR never builds the bundle in CI. Verified locally instead (node 24.18.0 / npm 11.16.0): npm ci + npm run build, 16/16 bundles with identical names, compared against a main baseline of 4804398 bytes.
