actions/setup-node 6.3.0 -> 7.0.0 in appstore-build-publish.yml and node-build.yml. v7 ships no breaking changes (internal ESM migration); its only behavioural removal is the dummy NODE_AUTH_TOKEN export, which affects npm publishing only - these workflows just set up node for the build.

Note: node-build.yml is paths-filtered to src/**, .eslintrc.js, stylelint.config.js and webpack.js, so a lock-file-only PR never builds the bundle in CI. Verified locally instead (node 24.18.0 / npm 11.16.0): npm ci + npm run build, 16/16 bundles with identical names, compared against a main baseline of 4804398 bytes.
