svenstaro/upload-release-action 2.11.4 -> 2.11.5 in appstore-build-publish.yml. Patch bump, workflow-only.
Note: node-build.yml is paths-filtered to src/**, .eslintrc.js, stylelint.config.js and webpack.js, so a lock-file-only PR never builds the bundle in CI. Verified locally instead (node 24.18.0 / npm 11.16.0): npm ci + npm run build, 16/16 bundles with identical names, compared against a main baseline of 4804398 bytes.
