For some reason, this column has now "None" values, which messes everything up. We just skip it, since it's useless.
The reason for this (unexpected) change is an update in the SiPM positions in the database which were taken from a buggy MC simulation.

This adds all the changes that happened during the first data-taking run.
For some reason, there is a column that is filled with null values, so we need to add a protection for that.
This branch is currently rebased on top of #962.
