Migrates the docs site from Docusaurus to Astro + Starlight.
Carries forward the work from #165 (by @andrewfulton9), already merged up to current
main, plus one additional commit:.claude/settings.local.jsonand adds.claude/to.gitignoreso local Claude Code settings stay out of the repo.Supersedes #165 and #179.
