This fixes Pawcatuck from #89, also fixes Blandburg, Cateache, Hico, Leonardtown, Manastash, Matanuck, Ottokee, Wharton, Willakenzie which had similar class of error (explicit references to "Typical Pedon" in the remarks)
Also, it "fixes" parsing of OSDs that have repeated section content or were missing trailing lines from remarks.
