Exercise lightweight submodule imports, installed export manifests, deterministic marker facts, conflict source attribution, unsupported targets, cross-domain failures, and multibyte aggregate capacity boundaries. Covers retained review findings #11 and #16 through #20. Verified with 70 focused tests and changed-file undefined-name lint.
