Put open source above quotes on the landing page

Reorders the landing page so the "Open source" section sits above the customer quotes, and moves the quotes down below the solutions grid.

Why open source belongs higher than quotes

• Lead with the differentiator, not social proof. This is the single message that separates iroh from every closed networking stack. It's a claim we own and can state as fact. It doesn't depend on the reader recognizing a logo. Prime real estate should carry the strongest, most defensible positioning.
• Testimonials reinforce a claim; they shouldn't precede it. Social proof works best after a visitor understands what makes the product different. Quotes above the fold ask people to care about names before we've told them why they should.
• It answers the Initial site release punchlist #1 buyer objection first. Developers evaluate infra by asking "am I locked in?" Putting open source / self-host / switch-anytime up front kills that objection immediately and builds trust before we ask for it. We had this issue with the hackernews post, some people were confused if we were paid or not due to the pricing page prominent at the top. Open source with a technical description counter balances this.
• Placement equals priority. For a technical audience, an always-true value prop is better than marketing quotes which are more developed for enterprise folks. Now that we are prioritizing more bottom-up adoption, we should lead with the differentiator

Also freshens the copy slightly: "iroh is an open source peer-to-peer networking stack" and "host services for you".
