Multi module issue with spring security

Demonstrating a possible issue with spring security.
To build:

$ mvn package -PbuildImage

Testing steps:

1. Use the provided docker-compose.yml file (could open this using intellij and run it via intellij)
2. To do a simple curl open up multi_module_test.http and run the request for port 8070
