+    - Host of MEC 2027 will be confirmed by end of April and will be announced at the MEC Community Meeting

+    - There is a potential sponsor who is interested in providing financial and in-kind support fo MEI
+    - MEI Board members offered feedback regarding expectations and accountability for in-kind support
