Welcome to Adrià Compte's Portfolio

The source code for my personal portfolio, live at adriacompte.com.

It's a Next.js site that brings together my case studies, side projects, and photography in one place, with a focus on typography, editorial layout, and a bit of creative coding.

About me

I'm a Senior Product Designer based in Barcelona, with over 12 years of experience. By day I work as a Design Ops specialist at Nespresso. I'm also co-founder and Design Director of bibready.com.

My background mixes design and engineering. I grew up surrounded by graphic design, then studied Telecommunications Engineering, so I tend to think in tokens, components, systems, and semantics. Before Nespresso I worked as a UX Engineer at Softonic and Hewlett Packard, and I've been teaching design at different schools for the past five years.

My interests orbit around design thinking, design systems, creative coding (Three.js, WebGL, Canvas), editorial design, and photography.
