fix(deps): patch vulnerable dependencies - #70

Update library and docs dependencies beyond 109 valid Dependabot ranges. Keep Prisma 7 and Tailwind 3. Retain the upstream npm bundled dependency advisory as an explicit limitation.
Build docs on pull requests so the Astro security upgrade is checked before release. Keep Pages upload and deployment restricted to main.
Astro 7 requires a newer patch than the cached Node 22 runner provides. Use Node 24 for the documentation build.

109 valid Dependabot alerts affect library and docs dependencies. Update both dependency trees beyond every reported vulnerable range. Withdrawn braces alert #242 dismissed separately; GitHub withdrew advisory on October 23.
Validation:
Docs npm audit: zero findings. Root npm audit: one newer moderate advisory, GHSA-rxp7-6hxx-x8q5, in npm 11.21.1 bundled ip-address 10.7.2. Latest npm 12.2.1 also bundles affected version. Actual installed-tree npm audit fix reports it cannot fix bundled dependency. No ineffective override retained.
Merge required for GitHub to close fixed alerts. Merge triggers existing npm release and docs deployment workflows. No TODO files changed.
