My macOS dev environment. Based on Josean Martinez's dotfiles with personal swaps.

~/dotfiles/install.shThe installer prompts for your own git name/email and writes them to
~/.gitconfig.local (never committed), so you commit as yourself — not the repo
owner. Homebrew and nvm are installed from their official upstream scripts.
Then open a new terminal and, inside tmux, press <prefix> (Ctrl-a) + I to install tmux plugins.
Heads up: the installer runs
brew bundle, installs Homebrew/nvm from their official scripts, and symlinks configs over any existing ones (real files are backed up as*.bak.<timestamp>). Readinstall.shbefore running it.
Configs are symlinked from this repo into $HOME, so editing a live config edits the repo:
